These SMS Terms & Conditions (the "SMS Terms") govern the Raqét Life account verification text message program (the "Program") operated by Raqet Life LLC ("Raqét Life," "we," "us," or "our") for users of the Raqét Life investor platform at https://raqet.life. By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Program delivers one-time passcodes for multi-factor authentication ("MFA"). A text message is sent only when a registered user signs in to the platform and requests an SMS verification code. We do not send marketing, promotional, or any other category of text message under this Program.

You opt in to the Program by signing in to your account, selecting SMS as your verification channel on the Profile Setup page, and entering your own mobile phone number. By doing so, you consent to receive automated account-verification text messages from Raqét Life at the number you provided. Consent to receive verification texts is not a condition of any purchase, and no purchase is offered through the Program. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provide.
Message frequency varies with your sign-in activity: one message is sent per verification request, and only in direct response to your own login attempt. Typical usage is a small number of messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Raqét Life does not charge for Program messages. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel the SMS Program at any time:
Opting out of SMS does not close your account: verification codes will be delivered by email instead. If you have opted out by replying STOP and later wish to re-enroll, re-select SMS as your verification channel in your profile settings.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; the Program is intended for U.S. mobile numbers.
Your mobile phone number and opt-in status are used solely to operate the Program, as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with our SMS delivery provider acting on our behalf solely to transmit the messages you have requested, or as required by law.
The Program is available only to registered users of the Raqét Life platform who are 18 years of age or older with a U.S. mobile number.
We may modify or terminate the Program or these SMS Terms at any time. We will post the updated SMS Terms on this page with a revised effective date; material changes will be notified as required by law. Your continued participation in the Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
