SMS Program & Opt-In

Raqét Life is a private, invitation-only investor platform at https://raqet.life, operated by Raqet Life LLC. Because the platform is behind a sign-in, this page publicly documents exactly how a user opts in to our account-verification text-message program, and reproduces the consent screen and disclosures shown inside the product.

What messages we send

The program delivers one-time passcodes for multi-factor authentication (MFA) — a login verification code — and nothing else. A message is sent only when a registered user signs in and requests an SMS code. We never send marketing or promotional text messages.

Raqét Life verification code: 482913. Expires in 10 minutes.

How you opt in

Consent is collected inside the product, in a single flow with no pre-checked boxes:

1. You receive an invitation and sign in at https://raqet.life.
2. On the Profile Setup page, under "Choose how to verify," you select "Text message."
3. You enter your own U.S. mobile number and save. Selecting Text message and entering your number is your affirmative consent to receive verification texts at that number.

You can switch your verification method back to email at any time in your profile settings, or reply STOP to any message, to opt out.

Disclosures

• Message frequency varies with your sign-in activity — one message per verification request, sent only in direct response to your own login attempt. Typical usage is a small number of messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Raqét Life does not charge for program messages.
• Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@raqet.life.
• No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with our SMS delivery provider solely to transmit the messages you requested, or as required by law.
