This Privacy Policy describes how Raqet Life LLC ("Raqét Life," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit https://raqet.life (the "Site") or use the Raqét Life investor platform (together with the Site, the "Services").

The Services are a private, invitation-based platform that provides prospective and current investors with information regarding the proposed combination of Chorus Pickleball and Salted City Sports. The Services are not a consumer shopping site and are not directed to the general public.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us:

• Account and profile information. Name, email address, and — only if you choose SMS as your verification channel — your mobile phone number.
• Authentication information. Credentials used to secure your account, such as a password (stored in hashed form), passkey public keys, one-time passcode enrollment data, and backup recovery codes.
• Access requests and invitations. Information you submit when requesting access to the platform, such as your name, email address, and affiliation.
• Communications. Information you provide when you contact us.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage and log information. IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected for security, auditing, and platform operation.
• Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies used for sign-in sessions and security. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers on the Services.

We do not collect payment card information through the Services.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Services;
• Verify your identity, including delivering multi-factor authentication ("MFA") codes by email or — if you opt in — by SMS;
• Administer invitations, access requests, and role-based permissions;
• Maintain audit logs and investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
• Communicate with you about the Services (transactional and administrative messages, not marketing);
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.

We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

3. Legal Bases

We process personal information as necessary to provide the Services you request, to pursue our legitimate interests in securing and operating a private investor platform, with your consent where required (for example, SMS delivery), and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Mobile Information and Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive verification codes by SMS, we collect and use your mobile phone number solely to deliver those codes and to service that feature. Our SMS program is described in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed, except to our SMS delivery provider acting on our behalf solely to transmit the messages you have requested, or as required by law.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers that perform services on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and use restrictions — for example, cloud hosting and database infrastructure, transactional email delivery, and SMS message delivery. These providers may use the information only to perform the contracted services.
• Professional advisors (such as lawyers, auditors, and accountants) where reasonably necessary;
• Law enforcement or regulators where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Raqét Life, our users, or others;
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted credential storage, multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Audit and security logs are retained for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes.

8. Your Rights and Choices

• Access, correction, deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. We will honor requests to the extent required by applicable law and consistent with our legal obligations.
• SMS opt-out. You may stop SMS verification messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by switching your verification channel to email in your profile settings (see the SMS Terms & Conditions).
• Cookies. Because we use only strictly necessary cookies, disabling them will prevent sign-in.
• State privacy rights. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. We do not sell personal information or process it for targeted advertising.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Use

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date, and, for material changes, provide additional notice as required by law.
